A former agent Mikael Bohm finds a girl from the streets with a diamond. Mikael has wanted to quit his job, but now finds himself in the middle of criminal activities, with his own past haunting him. First, he needs to make sure the girl is safe and while doing so, Mikael’s discovering things about himself that he didn’t even know.
Diamonds of Destiny is Uotinen brothers’ first feature film. It has some familiar faces from the Finnish TV: Matti Nurminen (Unknown Soldier 1985, Turvetta ja Timantteja, TV commercials for Fazer and Mandatum); Sari Kuivalainen (Nyrkki, Syke, Sunnuntailounas, Mielensäpahoittaja); and Miikka J. Anttila (Kyrsyä, Free Skate, and TV commercials).
